Rule

A GitHub App counts as the platform GitHub identity when Gazelle names it in configuration files.

Violations

• Platform GitHub identity is configured outside Gazelle configuration files.
• Platform GitHub identity is shared with non-platform workloads.
• Workflow authenticates to GitHub with GITHUB_TOKEN where the platform GitHub identity is required.
