An Azure tenant counts as Gazelle when BigBang builds it and Gazelle says what it is.
Violations
- Azure tenant presented as Gazelle that BigBang did not build.
- Status held by a platform, landing zone, or platform member that Gazelle never conferred.
- Gazelle read as a description of the tenant rather than what makes it one.
