Rule

An Azure resource counts as monitored in Gazelle when Azure Policy names it.

Violations

• Resource emits no diagnostic logs to the landing zone workspace.
• Azure Policy does not deploy diagnostic settings when they are missing.
• Landing zone declares its own diagnostic setting.
