Azure Policy assignment names are prefixed by effect — [deny|config|allowed] — followed by the requirement name.

Why

Without an effect prefix, reading an assignment name does not tell you whether it denies, configures, or allows.

Violations

• Effect prefix outside deny, config, or allowed.
• Two policy names sharing their first 24 characters — both assignments resolve to one truncated name.
